HOW DOES IT WORK?

Purchase the Assessment

If you are a startup or investor, use the form to purchase the number of team assessments you require. After a successful purchase, a member of the TDFS team will contact you asking for names and email addresses for each member of your team.

Send out Invitations

Each member of the team will receive an invitation to complete the TDFS with a unique link. It should take no more than 15-minutes to complete the TDFS questionnaire.

Debrief the Team

After all of the team have completed the questionnaire, a TDFS coach will reach out to the team leader to arrange a debrief call with the team, where your results will be shared and an action plan developed. For investors, as well as the individual team debriefs, we will provide you a 'heat map' of your portfolio.
